Speakers:

Ann Jobko, Chemist, NQAC Dublin. Ann Jobko is a Chemist at Nestle Quality Assurance Center in Dublin, Ohio with five years of experience, specializing in fiber analysis and water activity, fat testing, and nitrate/nitrite analysis. She earned her B.S. degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Otterbein University and is a Preventative Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI).





Jacob Snider, Chemist, NQAC Dublin. Jacob Snider is a Chemist at Nestle Quality Assurance Center and works in the vitamin analysis lab. In addition to his degree in chemistry from Capital University, he has eight years of experience in the lab and extensive experience with the analysis of important vitamin and mineral nutrients. Mr. Snider has also assisted in implementing and verifying many of the methods the NQAC Vitamins lab uses for analysis.
