Strengthening Food Safety Compliance with AI

9/25/25 2:00 pm to 9/25/26 EDT
Contact: Vania Halabou

Food manufacturers and packaging suppliers manage large volumes of Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) and Certificates of Conformity (CoCs) every day. Incoming certificates for purchased goods must be verified before use, while certificates for finished products need to be issued quickly and accurately. Manual processes are slow, error-prone, and unsustainable as volumes grow—making automation essential.

Attend this webinar to learn how artificial intelligence can streamline certificate management. We’ll explore how automated verification and generation solutions reduce human error, accelerate turnaround times, and strengthen audit readiness, while freeing up QA teams to focus on higher-value activities.

From this webinar, attendees will learn:

  • How AI-powered tools automatically extract, match, and verify certificate data against specifications
  • Ways to configure certificate generation to meet regulatory and customer requirements
  • Strategies for integrating manual review only when exceptions arise
  • How centralized certificate management supports traceability and compliance
