Rodents are recognized as a significant threat to food processing and distribution facilities of all types. Speaker:

Pamela S. Peckman, Technical Service Director, Staff Entomologist, IFC. Ms. Peckman is a graduate of Kansas State University with a M.S. degree in Entomology and a B.S. degree in Crop Protection, Entomology emphasis. Pamela joined IFC in March 1993, assisting with the development and implementation of safety and environmental health programs and the development of standard operating procedures. In addition, she has logged numerous hours of pest management service work, commodity, and space fumigations/foggings and facility pest management audits. She is a certified pesticide applicator in several states and continues to be involved with the planning and presentation of training programs within the pest management and food industry.
