ReposiTrak is hosting a free webinar on Monday, March 4, 2024 with Shawn Stevens, J.D., food industry lawyer and founder of Food Industry Counsel LLC. Registration is required for the webinar, titled, “Traceability Changes Everything. Are the Legal Threats Worse Thank You Think?,” and it will take place from 1:00–2:00 P.M. ET.

Topics that will be addressed during the webinar include:

  • What happens when a food item is not tracked when it should be
  • Enforcement of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA’s) Food Safety Modernization Act, Section 204d (FSMA 204), also known as the Food Traceability Final Rule
  • Actions that major retailers and wholesalers are taking to protect their business from the legal threats of inadequate traceability.
