9/17/25 11:00 am to 9/17/26 EDT
Contact: Vania Halabou

Compliance in the food and beverage industry can feel like chaos, whether you are working with disconnected systems, manual processes, or training gaps—it is a signal that your quality management operations need a smarter, more scalable foundation.

Join Jana Samson, Corporate Quality Systems Manager at Mars Inc., to discover how the company transformed its compliance approach into a streamlined, audit-ready operation using an electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). Glen Fraser, Director of Product Management at ETQ, will share how an eQMS can be leveraged for just-in-time reporting, alerts, and dashboards to increase visibility for changes and drive company-wide compliance.

From this webinar, attendees will learn how to:

  • Reduce the time spent on managing document revisions, reviews, and approvals by at least 10 percent
  • Drive adoption of standardized processes across the enterprise
  • Ensure ongoing training to keep pace with change
  • Stay audit-ready without the last-minute scramble

Speakers:

Glen Fraser, Director of Product Management, ETQ. Glen Fraser has worked in software technology for over 30 years and with ETQ for 20 of those years. A Programmer Analyst by training, he helps organizations achieve operational excellence by understanding and deploying the power of ETQ Reliance into the IT landscape.
