Participate in STOP3000 to Raise Awareness and Funds to Fight Foodborne Illness During National Food Safety Education Month
Stop Foodborne Illness has announced its third annual STOP3000 taking place during the month of September, which is National Food Safety Education Month.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports that an estimated 3,000 people die annually due to foodborne illness. Additionally, over 48 million people get sick from a foodborne pathogen each year.
