Bio-Rad’s new iQ-Check Enterobacteriaceae PCR Detection Kit is a fast, sensitive and specific alternative to conventional agar plate detection methods. PCR results can be obtained in as little as 3 hours following a single enrichment.
Developed as an open and flexible system, the iQ-Check Enterobacteriaceae kit can be used for up to 94 samples on high- or low-throughput Bio-Rad instruments. It is designed as a multiplex reaction that includes an internal inhibition control that is amplified in parallel with the target DNA for a reliable result with negative result validation.
