KPM Analytics has announced the launch of its latest iCinac Wireless Acidification Analyzer. The AMS Alliance iCinac Acidification monitoring systems—available in wireless as well as wired versions—are used to study, develop, or assess starter cultures associated with food fermentation. They are the only multi-channel solution that uses three-parameter probes (pH, temperature, redox) for real time, multi-sample, and multi-parameter monitoring of the acidification process. With the newly updated wireless version, users can quickly setup the system without the constraint of power and signal cables.

The new wireless version is scalable up to 16 channels and meets ISO 26323/IDF 213 standards. The easy-to-use application-specific software fully assesses the lactic acid-forming activity for effective process development and process control applications. The latest enhancements to the wireless version include doubling battery operation time, faster charging, and the latest 2.4 GHz wireless communication technology for more reliable operation.

The iCinac Wireless and Wired analyzers are available through the global KPM Analytics sales network.
