The first-ever Virtual Food Safety Summit occurred last week, from Monday, October 19 through Thursday, October 22.

The Food Safety Summit continued on Tuesday, October 20, with a keynote presentation entitled “Back to Basics: Consumer-Focused Food Safety.”

The virtual Food Safety Summit opened on Monday, October 19, with a session entitled “COVID-19: The New Normal for the Food Industry.”
