BNP Media, organizers of the Food Safety Summit, announced today that in response to the serious outbreak of Coronavirus, they have postponed the May Summit to October 19-22, 2020 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL.

Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois.

In foodborne illness outbreaks, it can take days to weeks before victims report symptoms or sources of illness are uncovered.

For 21 years, the Food Safety Summit has addressed emerging issues, provided effective solutions, and served as a forum for the food safety community to exchange ideas.
