The Food Safety Summit education program, the leading interactive forum on food safety, has begun virtually today, Monday, October 19, and will run through Thursday, October 22.

The 2020 Virtual Food Safety Summit will offer four days of education with 26 sessions, access to vendors who will be showcasing the newest and most innovative food safety solutions and several online networking opportunities.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Food Safety Summit will now be a virtual event.

BNP Media, organizers of the Food Safety Summit, announced today that in response to the serious outbreak of Coronavirus, they have postponed the May Summit to October 19-22, 2020 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL.

Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP), Cleaning and Sanitizing, Preventing Cross-Contamination, Temperature Control, and Quality Control will be some of the emerging issues featured during The 2020 Food Safety Summit educational program taking place May 4-7 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois.

For 21 years, the Food Safety Summit has addressed emerging issues, provided effective solutions, and served as a forum for the food safety community to exchange ideas. 

Food allergens are a matter of life and death daily for many in the U.S. and globally.

The Food Safety Summit has announced eight certificate/certification classes to be offered at the 21st annual Conference & Expo taking place May 6-9, 2019 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois.
