Attendee eBlast Request Form

Connect Directly with Attendees. Control Your Message. Maximize Your Exposure.

Email marketing rules are becoming more complex due to new privacy laws across the U.S. and internationally. To protect both exhibitors/sponsors and our organization, we’ve created a secure, automated process for reaching event registrants. The Food Safety Summit will send multi-sponsored eBlasts on exhibitors’ behalf to attendees that have opted-in to receive third-party communications. This easy-to-execute process is part of your booth package and is compliant with all Food Safety Summit privacy policies and international privacy laws.

To submit your eBlast materials, please provide the information and materials requested in the fields of the form below. Event managers will communicate dates of deployment upon submission of form.

If you are interested in expanding your reach to Food Safety Magazine’s audience of over 23,000 food safety professionals, upgrade to the Food Safety Magazine Must Visit Food Safety Summit, multi-sponsored eBlast. For a sponsorship fee of $850, your ad will not only reach this large, engaged audience, you will also receive the contact information for everyone that clicks on your content in the eBlast. For more information, reach out to Kim Hansen at hansenk@bnpmedia.com or 847.915.9656.
