Lily Yang is a Senior Manager of Food Safety with The Acheson Group (TAG), a food safety and public health consulting group under the direction of Dr. David Acheson. She provides subject matter expertise in food safety and public health to companies and stakeholders in the human food, animal food, and cannabis industries. She conducts corporate and facility assessments to mitigate operational and regulatory risks while creating educational initiatives. Her work is guided by principles of cultural inclusivity, accessibility, and capacity-building to meet people where they are. She is also an avid science communicator and combats pseudoscience on Instagram (@AcademicFoodiez).
