Taryn Horr, M.S., CFS, CCFS is a Senior Managing Consultant at Ramboll with over a decade of experience in food science, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing practices. She specializes in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), root cause and health hazard evaluations, and FDA and USDA regulatory compliance across food, beverage, pet food, and cosmetic sectors. Taryn regularly supports insurance, legal, and industry clients in assessing contamination events, post-market issues, and regulatory enforcement matters. She is certified as a Certified Food Scientist (CFS), Certified in Comprehensive Food Safety (CCFS), and a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI). Her background includes production management in large-scale food manufacturing and scientific consulting on risk assessment and food safety system design.
