Suzy Sawyer is currently the Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Digital & Analytics Lead for Cargill based in Wayzata, Minnesota. In her role, Suzy driving new ways of working and new opportunities through data-generating technologies and data analytics. Prior to joining Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory, Suzy spent over 20 years in various Information Technology roles at Cargill with a focus primarily in Data and Business Intelligence including roles on the design and build of major ERP implementations. Suzy earned her undergraduate degree in Quantitative Methods and Computer Science from the University of St. Thomas. In her spare time, Suzy enjoys running, downhill skiing, watching her 9-year old son play baseball and hockey and seeing her 13-year old son take the stage in local theater productions.
