Steven is a 15-year veteran at FSS Inc, starting in 2008 as a general labor hire, he has held every position in the NIL region for at least a year, believing in and supporting those who make up his team as they grow and develop. Steven Fell in love with identifying and sourcing issues the plant staff were unaware of, and from there again with the processes that relieve insect and rodent activity. He is a devoted believer in Dynamic IPM, Remote monitoring, and staying on the cutting edge of what is next in the world of IPM.
