Stephen has over 40 years of experience in the Consumer Products and Food & Beverage industries, with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management and Enterprise Systems. His career is uniquely balanced between two distinct but complementary paths: working directly for manufacturing companies and providing software and manufacturing consulting to them.

Throughout his career, Stephen has held key positions at both leading supply chain software companies and a major food manufacturer. This dual perspective has allowed him to assist companies in developing S&OP strategies and implementing ERP and other Supply Chain systems. He brings a deep, practical knowledge of manufacturing operations and is well-versed in a variety of systems, including ERP, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Network Design, and APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling).
