Sarah Kozak-Weaver is a Food Scientist with the Food Safety and Quality Assurance group of Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. In her role, she acts as a technical resource to internal and external decision makers, providing the information needed to drive innovation, manage change, and ensure safe, high-quality products. She holds a BSc in Food Science from Cornell University and MSc in Animal Science from the University of Connecticut.
