Sabrina Terada is a food safety and quality professional at Yum! Brands with experience across regional and global roles since 2015. She has supported multiple markets, including Pizza Hut Latin America and the Caribbean, and currently works in Global Food Safety Risk Management and Measurement and Global FSQA, contributing to initiatives across Yum!’s four brands. Her work focuses on strengthening the Food Safety Governance Framework, building capability through coaching, and supporting business units in risk management and crisis response. She brings a thoughtful, globally informed perspective, blending technical expertise with a deep commitment to people and culture. As Co-Chair of CoB EMPOWER, she supports the growth of women in leadership through connection and development. Sabrina holds a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Federal de Viçosa.
