Robert Bean has more than 15 years of experience in food safety & quality in USDA and dual jurisdiction USDA/FDA establishments. Currently, he is the Associate Director of Scientific & Regulatory Affairs for the Miniat Family of Companies, supporting both the Miniat - Meats division and South Chicago Packing - Fats & Oils. Here, he provides technical support and regulatory guidance for all manufacturing sites across the enterprise. Robert is a Certified Quality Engineer through The American Society for Quality and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois.
