Neil Bogart is Principal Scientist at Post Consumer Brands, providing expertise in food safety, wet and dry sanitation, CIP systems, and hygienic design. A Food Science graduate of Mississippi State University and Le Cordon Bleu–certified, he previously founded Bogart Food Safety & Sanitation Associates and served as a technical support coordinator at Ecolab. His experience spans dairy, beverage, bottled water, and broader food manufacturing, with strengths in sanitation and microbiological support. Neil is active in IAFP leadership, was named 2024 IAFP Sanitarian of the Year, and is a member of InfraGard’s Birmingham Alliance Chapter.
