Mandy is a Director of Global Food Safety and Public Health at Ecolab. She provides insights on regulatory and industry trends and is responsible for helping customers mitigate risks in the areas of food safety, guest experience, public health, workplace safety and sustainability. Mandy has over 20 years of experience in restaurant and supply chain food safety, quality assurance and procurement leadership at leading foodservice brands. She is also an active member of multiple organizations including the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO), the Conference for Food Protection (CFP), Partners with a Common Purpose (PwCP), National Restaurant Association (NRA), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), and the National Environmental Health Association Business Industry Affiliates, (NEHA BIA). Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Dakota. She and her two children Lydia and Frank live in IL.
