As Director of Supply Chain Visibility, she collaborates with leading organizations across retail, foodservice, and healthcare to drive operational efficiency and enhance data quality through GS1 Standards. An Industrial Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt by training, Lucy previously led the end-to-end traceability initiative for Subway Restaurants, positioning her as a trailblazer in FSMA Rule 204 program implementation and digital transparency.
