Lola Oyedokun is an experienced food safety professional with over 20 years in the food and beverage industry. She currently serves as the Director of Quality Control at Van Drunen Farms in Momence, Illinois, where she oversees multiple facilities to ensure excellence in food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance. VanDrunen Farms specializes in freeze-drying, drum-drying, freezing, farming, harvesting, and supplying plant-based ingredients for dietary supplements, and functional foods.
Before joining VanDrunen Farms, Lola held leadership roles in quality assurance at Coca-Cola, Pilgrim’s Pride, Kraft Heinz, and Land O' Frost Inc.
Lola holds a degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Agriculture (FUNAAB) and an MBA from Florida International University. She is also an SQF Practitioner, PCQI-trained, and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, demonstrating her commitment to food safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Known for her ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence organizational change, Lola is passionate about fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
Outside of work, Lola enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
