Kelly is currently serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain FSQA at Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems, where she joined in late 2024. With over 25 years of experience leading food safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory programs across USDA- and FDA-regulated facilities, Kelly is passionate about not just building strong food safety systems, but also developing the people behind them. Throughout her career, she’s focused on empowering teams, mentoring leaders, and creating programs that drive meaningful, lasting change. In her current role, Kelly is leading the development of supplier programs designed to ensure brand consistency and compliance—while always keeping growth and collaboration at the center.
