Jennifer has over twenty-five years of experience with leadership of food safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and technical services in the food industry. Providing for her family, serving the food industry in contributing safe food for millions of families world-wide is the driving force in her life.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Graceland University and a Master of Science degree from Kansas State University. Both Jennifer and emerging leaders she has mentored have served on industry executive committees that span live food safety, research, laboratory standards, meat quality, human safety, animal care, foreign animal disease, sustainability, animal welfare, and regulatory compliance.
