Eva Szewczyk is a Food Safety professional with over 30 years in Food Safety & Quality Management. She has successfully led ISO:1000, SQF, HACCP, C-TPAT certifications in a variety of food manufacturing companies. Eva has created effective internal auditing programs targeted to improve food safety and quality systems as well as achieve excellent rating in 3rd party audits. In her latest role as a Food Safety Specialist & Trainer at Rutgers University, she has led FSMA GMP, PCHF, FSVP as well as HACCP certificate courses. Eva has developed and delivered customized food safety training courses for food manufacturers in Spanish. Eva holds a Master’s Degree in Food Science from Rutgers University and a Bachelors Degree in Microbiology, Andes University, Colombia.
