Bill is a food scientist with 15+ years of experience in the foodservice and manufacturing space. He has spent time with Pepsico, Del Taco and Taco Bell (Yum! Brands) and has experience managing categories including protein and produce. Bill did his undergrad in human nutrition and dietetics, which his old professors will disavow knowledge of because of his storied career in fast food, and completed his masters in food science and technology from Chapman University.
