Her leadership style is rooted in cross-functional collaboration—uniting quality, operations, maintenance, supply chain, finance, and teams to drive performance and solve problems.

Originally from France, Athenais holds a Master of Science in Engineering and studied Food Science at Mississippi State University. This international background shapes her inclusive approach and ability to connect technical expertise with practical, on-the-ground solutions.

She has led teams through operational change, built systems for continuous improvement, and fostered a culture where food safety is a shared responsibility.
