Adeniyi Odugbemi, Ph.D. works as the Global Director of Quality and Food Safety for Human Nutrition—Flavors at Archer Daniels Midland Co. (ADM), one of the largest agricultural and food commodity companies in the world. Dr. Odugbemi has expertise in food manufacturing operations, regulatory affairs, food safety, quality control/quality assurance, supply chain, QA systems/application, and general food handling operations, as well as extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance of all USDA, FDA, and globally regulated food products. He also has experience in food safety and quality assurance auditing for all GFSI and third-party food facility auditing schemes. He holds a Ph.D. in Food Science and an M.B.A. degree.
