Dr. Susan Moyers, has over 20 years of experience in developing, training and auditing food and dietary supplement management systems. She consults with facilities to develop and implement the FSMA and FSVP programs as well as those of BRC and SQF. Additionally, she assists resolving microbiological spoilage and food safety issues. Dr. Moyers is an SQF Registered Consultant and Trainer; a Lead Trainer for FDA’s Preventive Controls and Foreign Supplier Programs, and is an international speaker and author on issues surrounding food safety.
Alicia Swanson, Food Safety Professional, AIB International
Alicia Swanson is a Food Safety Professional with AIB International. She has held this position since 2010, with primary duties related to audits and inspections focused on GMPs, FSMA, food defense, and agricultural practices. In 2015, she also became an instructor with AIB International, providing food safety training for AIB International employees and food industry audiences throughout North America.
