FDA provides flexibility to farms regarding eligibility for the Qualified Exception under the Produce Safety Rule
Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced that it will provide flexibility regarding eligibility criteria for the qualified exemption under the Produce Safety Rule during the COVID-19 public health emergency.
